From the Principal's Desk
Every traveler has a home of his own, and he learns to appreciate it the more from his wandering” rightly Charles Dickens summarizes alma mater as a home. Indeed Alma Mater is a home away from home for every alumnus/a. The nostalgic experiences always give us an impetus to go ahead in life basing proudly our roots to our Alma Mater. Meeting the friends with whom we grew up together and had fun for years lightens the hectic life. I’m grateful to St. Xavier’s School Moirang Alumni/ae Association for giving another digital platform to share, to care and to experience the bond of togetherness. It is a joy to see you working together, to build that bond and to encourage the young ones. It’s an opportunity to cherish the memories of school life and build a symphony of love.
A school spreads its fragrance through its alumni/ae. Thus they become the ambassadors of the school by living the values of their Alma Mater. As the life journey continues, be the light to the young ones, valuables leaders of the society and resourceful citizens to the nation.

“I think I am very lucky to have had 11 years of my lifetime and childhood at St. Xavier's School, Moirang. The exposure to the unique Jesuit style of education has given me a different perspective about life and what I really want to do. Apart from academics, a plethora of opportunities come my way for me to grab on, help find the real me. The semantics of motto of the school and philosophy 'In all things to love and serve' and 'Excellence' really helped shaping one's orientation and judgement on various aspects of life and work.
